Great service and amazing river views from my room! the location is superb, just a short walk to the heart of the city's riverside area. 🌟 So convenient and easy to get around from here!

Its location is marvellous and stunning, very close to the cafes and restaurants and the street entertainers as well as the Luis bridge, touristic area. Uniao de Freguesias do Centro district is worth looking into.

The room is contemporary and compact with a mirror in the bedroom, everything is beautiful...

Beautifully restored spacious historic building with a modern feel. Very conveniently located close to the Douro river. Architecturally very interesting with natural stone walls iron stairs and little glass bridges connecting different parts of the building. Very spacious with luxurious comfortable beds and ensuites. It had an exhibition of ethnic paintings and photos mounted on wooden easels with piped birdsong and pleasant music in the background. Loved it. Loved Porto. A great place to stay in a very interesting city.

Very central hotel near the Douro river and surrounding restaurants with good fresh fish options. Able to walk to many of the historical sites and port wine tours. Tour buses pick up directly outside the hotel. Our room at the back of the hotel was quiet, quite spacious and very clean and well maintained. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. All in all we were pleased with our choice of hotel and would recommend it to others.

The location was marvelous, perfect for sightseeing. the view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. - My guest room had coffee facilities, a hair dryer, and a balcony.

Really good bed. Great shower. Air conditioning really good and quiet.

Better sound proofing with rooms that adjoin. Tissues in the room would be nice.

Reception staff was very helpful and eager to provide assistance. We were allocated a room on the 2nd floor facing the front road which was rather busy with lots of traffic partly due to maintenance works taking place on the street and therefore there was a good amount of noise. We asked to relocate and we were able to get an upgrade on a suite on the 4th floor with an extra 20 euros per night. The 4th floor suite was definitely worth it. Much more spacious, with views to the front but also the back (river view!). Restaurant had amazing food (among the best we had in Porto) and a great deal for a 3-course meal - highly recommended. Staff was very friendly again in the restaurant. Breakfast was also very nice and definitely worth it. Huge selection of sweet or salty food.

The room service was far from ideal, sometimes being impossible to get in touch with someone on the line. Regular rooms seem to be fairly small in size (although I was told that this is standard for Porto). The suites on the other hand were great!

In my room, there were handy features like a terrace, a safe box to keep your stuff secure, and a kettle for a quick cup of tea or coffee ☕. the breakfast spread was impressive and had everything I could ask for - from tasty scrambled eggs and crispy bacon to fresh fruit, bread, and pastries.

The bed in the guest room was exceptionally comfortable and had a balcony. the fully equipped bathroom and coffee facilities were great additions. - the staff on shift were really friendly. - the hotel is located in an incredible and amazing location close to the famous bridge.
